Inspire H20 Airbrush Transparent Base is a colorless binder base and can be used as a protective inter-coat or mix with colors that are over-reduced to thicken color mix without losing transparency. Inspire H20 Transparent Base may be added in any amount to Inspire H20 colors and does not affect the shelf-life after mixing.
